- VISTA Health Services Pediatric Ward — $1,000
- Love INC — $1,000
- Lake County PADS — $600
Fee: $125/person, which provides the following:
- Green Fees and Cart (this is scramble golf with a shotgun start)
- Cookout-style Lunch
- Gift Bag
- Buffet Dinner
- Souvenir framed photo of your foursome

Registration: 10 a.m.
Tee Time: 11:30 a.m. (sharp!)
Contests: 3 Hole-in-One Opportunities to win a Car (one Audi, two VWs), Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Beat the Pro, Putting, Raffle
Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times. Flat-soled shoes or golf shoes with non-metal spikes worn on the golf course or practice areas.
Rules: To level the playing field, we've set the following rules
- No free mulligans (get ready to buy some and use them on the HONOR SYSTEM).
- All putts must be holed out (no "gimmies").
- Tee-off from the colored tee that matches the golfer's ability:
- Natural Tees: Ladies
- Burnt Red Tees: Men and any Ladies who prefer to hit long
- You must use at least three (3) drives from each member of your foursome in the course of play. IF YOU ARE IN A THREESOME, you must ROTATE so that each player takes the extra shot.
- Your card will be collected at the end of your round when you return your cart. Please turn in your card to a volunteer before entering the clubhouse.
